In a similar vein to #13, BabiliBot can store the chat messages going back X days, and upon request can generate a link of a time frame in channels it's been in for users to catch up on what's happened while they were gone. To help allow BabiliBot be in all channels, it should be able to softly join channels (i.e. be muteable to only log and not interact with a channel if inappropriate like #idlerpg).

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
